Plain English, on purpose. This covers personal information about people — visitors, prospects, clients, and anyone who joins a recorded working session. It doesn’t cover the confidential business information you share with me during an engagement; that’s §5 of our engagement terms.

What I collect.

• When you visit this site — no website analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies.
• When you book a session — your name, your email, and the answers you give at booking.
• When you pay — the information needed to process your payment. Card information is handled by Stripe.
• When we work together — your name, your email, information about our work together, and anything captured in recorded or transcribed sessions.
• When you write to me — your name, your email, and whatever you send me.
• When you subscribe — your name, your email, and how you interact with the emails I send you.

Who else handles it. Running this business uses outside services for website hosting and security, scheduling, video conferencing and recording, payment processing, and email delivery. I don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

Payments go through Stripe. What you provide at checkout is shared with Stripe so they can process the payment. Stripe’s privacy policy is at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Do Not Track. This site doesn’t follow you around the internet, so a Do Not Track signal has nothing here to change. I don’t respond to them.

Other companies tracking you here. No third party collects information about your browsing across other websites through this one.

Changes. If this changes, the new version goes up on this page and the date at the top changes with it.
